• Performs advanced analysis with minimal direction and supervision.
• Conducts technical searches and analyzes information in support of the project team.
• Conducts independent research and begins to manage small, less complex projects with minimal support from technical leads.
• Provides technical advice and counsel to other professionals within EPRI.
• Reviews progress and evaluates results.
• Makes changes in methods, design or equipment where necessary.

• Plan and facilitate technical meetings and workshops in Spanish and English, ensuring clear objectives, documented decisions, and timely follow-through on agreed actions.
• Prepare member activity reports and maintain supporting records; including meeting summaries, attendance, and evidence of completed activities; to meet member reporting requirements.
• Conduct technical research and energy-sector data analysis, validating sources and translating findings into clear reports, visualisations, and briefings in collaboration with subject-matter experts.
• Support technical leads in developing proposals and scopes of work for existing and prospective members, connecting their priorities with relevant EPRI expertise, research, and tools.
• Develop relationships across Latin America’s electricity sector, using member feedback and project outcomes to identify improvements, support adoption of research results, and inform future collaboration.
