• Analyze large datasets related to manufacturing operations, production efficiency, and supply chain performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for clients.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in operational data to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with client-side operational teams to understand their challenges and gather relevant information.
• Develop data-driven recommendations for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in manufacturing operations and data analytics.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to model operational scenarios.
• Contribute to the development of best-practice frameworks and analytical models.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses and reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing operations or data analysis role.
• Proven experience in analyzing large datasets and generating actionable insights.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing principles and operations.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
