Remote Social Impact Analyst - Mpumalanga

• Collect, clean, and analyse quantitative and qualitative data from various sources.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social impact goals.
• Conduct research on best practices in social impact measurement and evaluation.
• Collaborate with program managers and teams to define impact objectives and data collection methods.
• Identify trends, successes, and challenges in program implementation and outcomes.
• Contribute to the strategic planning process by providing data-informed insights.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to ethical data handling practices.
• Stay abreast of developments in the social impact sector and relevant policy landscapes, including those affecting Mpumalanga.

• A Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social impact analysis, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), or a similar analytical role.
• Proven expertise in data analysis methodologies, statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata), and data visualisation tools.
• Strong understanding of social development issues and frameworks for measuring social impact.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
• Experience working with non-profit organisations or foundations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the socio-economic context of regions like Mpumalanga is a plus.
