• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process analysis, re-engineering, or operational consulting.

• Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow analysis, and optimization methodologies.
