Reporting to a PMO Director or Senior Manager, The Project Coordinator provides support to the team of Project Managers within a Delivery Portfolio, executing critical, but primarily non-customer-facing tasks in the administration and coordination of all project management aspects of project delivery, at the direction of the Project Manager(s).

Project Coordination and Administration

• Meeting scheduling and coordination
• Status report preparation
• Presentation deck preparation (e.g. kickoff and ERB)
• Resource scheduling support/system entry
• Action item tracking
• Documentation management
• Project repository maintenance
• Project onboarding and closeout activities

• Subcontractor/3rd party procurement support (PR creation & approvals)
• Ensure subcontractor time entry and review subcontractor hours against invoices

• Track and report internal product support items
• Create system escalations for product issues

Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Technical proficiency (Intermediate to Senior level knowledge) of Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and Power Point

Minimum 1-2 years project coordination or equivalent experience, ideally in the area of software solution implementation

Experience with Sales Force an asset, but not required
