• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in operations management or business operations, preferably within the industrial sector.

• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant operational software and ERP systems.
