Senior Aviation Compliance Specialist

• Develop, implement, and monitor aviation compliance programs and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to national and international aviation regulations (e.g., SACAA, EASA, FAA).
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and risks.
• Prepare for and manage external regulatory audits and inspections.
• Interpret and advise on the impact of new or revised aviation regulations.
• Develop and deliver compliance training to relevant personnel.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation and records.
• Investigate and address compliance deviations, implementing corrective actions.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and stakeholders on compliance matters.

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of aviation regulations and certification standards.
• Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Proven ability to conduct audits and risk assessments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex regulations clearly.
