Remote Operations Sanitation Manager

• Manage relationships with third-party cleaning and sanitation service providers, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in sanitation processes.
• Conduct remote audits and assessments to ensure adherence to standards and identify best practices.
• Develop and deliver training programs and resources to support on-site teams in maintaining hygiene standards.
• Investigate sanitation-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Environmental Health, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, sanitation, or facilities management, with a focus on multi-site operations.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sanitation programs and strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, cleaning technologies, and regulatory requirements.
