Remote Procurement Analyst

• Support the sourcing team in preparing RFx documentation and evaluating supplier proposals.
• Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Assist in the administration of procurement contracts and ensure compliance.
• Conduct market research on suppliers and industry benchmarks.
• Help in forecasting procurement needs and managing data integrity within procurement systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide procurement insights.
• Assist in ensuring adherence to company procurement policies and ethical standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, analytics, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for remote collaboration.
