• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in management consulting, focusing on transformation and change management.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex change initiatives in various organizational settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions.
• Excellent understanding of change management principles, project management methodologies, and process improvement techniques.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior leadership teams.
• Experience working with clients in the Eastern Cape or similar emerging markets is an advantage.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing dynamic project environments.
• Willingness to travel to client sites within East London and the broader region.
