• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with business process modelling tools (e.g., Visio) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
