• Proven experience in analyzing complex operational processes and identifying areas for optimization.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and process mapping software.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
