• Identify compliance gaps and develop corrective action plans.
• Provide expert advice and interpretation of aviation regulations and standards.
• Prepare detailed compliance reports and recommendations for clients and management.
• Stay abreast of evolving aviation regulations and industry best practices.
• Develop and deliver training materials on aviation compliance topics.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities on behalf of clients when necessary.
• Manage compliance documentation and records effectively.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's compliance services and methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., aviation safety, compliance) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation compliance, regulation, or safety management.
• In-depth knowledge of international and national aviation regulations and standards.
• Proven experience in conducting audits and risk assessments.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise reports.
• Proficiency in using compliance management software and digital collaboration tools.
