This role is fully remote, allowing you to contribute significantly to the business from anywhere in South Africa . You will focus on optimizing spa operations, enhancing client experience through digital channels, managing online booking systems, and supporting on-site teams remotely.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
