Senior Operations Analyst

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join their team. • Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their operational challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis for operational inefficiencies and propose corrective actions.
• Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate operational changes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new operational processes and systems.
• Model complex scenarios and forecast operational outcomes.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in operations analysis.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection and reporting methodologies.

• Requirements Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in working with large datasets and complex operational models.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Familiarity with operations management principles is a plus.
