• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and store performance metrics.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
• A relevant degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
