Director of Product Management

This executive role is responsible for defining the product roadmap, guiding the product development lifecycle, and ensuring the delivery of market-leading products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SaaS market, agile development methodologies, and a proven track record in successfully launching and scaling complex software products. • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead and mentor a team of talented product managers.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback gathering to identify product opportunities.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Prioritize product features and backlog items based on business value and customer impact.
• Define and track key product metrics to measure success and inform future development.
• Act as a key spokesperson for the product externally and internally.
• Foster a data-driven and customer-centric product development culture.

• Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling software products.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience managing remote product teams and fostering collaboration across distributed locations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in data analytics or business intelligence is a significant plus.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple product lines and competing priorities.
