• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISA, CIA) are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or a related consulting role.
• Proven ability to assess and manage various types of business risks (operational, financial, strategic, regulatory).
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
