About the Role As the Public Safety Capture Manager, you will lead capture strategy, opportunity development, solution design, and business growth initiatives for the federal public safety market. You will serve as a principal advisor to sales teams, executives, solution architects, product teams, and strategic partners on complex opportunities requiring cross-functional coordination, technical solutioning, competitive positioning, and proposal execution.

You will identify, shape, qualify, and pursue strategic growth opportunities from early customer engagement through contract award. Working across organizational boundaries, you will align customer mission requirements with Lexis Nexis capabilities, emerging technologies, partner ecosystems, and delivery organizations.

This position requires a strong understanding of federal public safety customers and their strategic and operational needs. The successful candidate will combine customer and market expertise with capture-management, government-procurement, proposal-strategy, and technology-modernization experience to develop opportunities that support revenue growth and the organization’s long-term objectives.## Responsibilities
* Identify, qualify, and shape complex federal public safety opportunities.
* Develop capture strategies, pursuit plans, win themes, and competitive positioning.
* Influence opportunity direction before solicitation release through customer engagement and market-intelligence activities.
* Lead capture activities throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
* Establish bid/no-bid recommendations and coordinate capture reviews, risk assessments, and executive decision-support activities.
* Maintain accountability for opportunity readiness and pursuit execution.
* Lead the development of complex responses to Requests for Information, Requests for Quotation, Requests for Proposal, Sources Sought notices, and white-paper requests.
* Drive proposal compliance, requirements traceability, solution narratives, pricing strategies, and competitive discriminators.
* Ensure proposals align with customer mission objectives and acquisition requirements.
* Maintain expertise in federal procurement processes, contract vehicles, acquisition strategies, and government funding programs.
