DeFi Product Manager

Our client is seeking an innovative and strategic DeFi Product Manager to drive the development and growth of their decentralized finance products. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and feature set for our decentralized applications, working closely with engineering, marketing, and community teams. This role requires a deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem , user needs, and market trends within the crypto & blockchain space to create compelling and user-friendly financial products.

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DeFi products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and user needs.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Develop and manage product launch plans, working with marketing and community teams to drive adoption.
• Analyze product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on products to improve user experience and business outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on decentralized finance (DeFi) or cryptocurrency products.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and various DeFi protocols (e.g., DEXs, lending platforms, stable coins).
• Proven ability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and launch successful products.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for the crypto & blockchain industry and a strong grasp of market dynamics.
