Airtable Workflow Automation Specialist

Apply hands-on Airtable expertise to realistic workflow, data-management, and product or operational use cases that help improve how next-generation AI systems learn, reason, and perform. This remote contract role focuses on producing clear, accurate real-world input; prior AI experience is not required.

• Complete and review realistic workflows in Airtable.
• Explore Airtable features and identify common real-world use cases.
• Create and manage bases, tables, views, fields, records, and relationships.
• Use automations, forms, interfaces, integrations, and other relevant Airtable features.
• Demonstrate Airtable workflows for project management, product management, and operations.
• Identify efficient approaches to organizing and managing information.
• Document workflow steps clearly and accurately, and provide feedback on whether workflows and instructions reflect realistic Airtable use.

• Strong professional, hands-on Airtable experience.
• Experience designing and managing Airtable bases and workflows.
• Familiarity with Airtable automations, views, forms, interfaces, and integrations.
• Experience using Airtable for product management, project management, business operations, or similar work.
• Strong workflow-design and data-organization skills.
• Clear written process explanation, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and comfort independently exploring Airtable features and completing practical tasks.

Remote contract engagement.

$30 to $100 per hour.
