• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Organization, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project-management practices,including project intake and prioritization.
• Experience using Team Dynamix (TDX) platform
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with various stakeholders in a complex and changing environment.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, maintain accurate project documentation, and meet deadlines.

• Experience supporting strategic initiatives, business operations or project management functions within a university orhigher education institution.
• Experience configuring and administering project-management workflows and documentation standards in Team Dynamix or comparable system.
• Experience developing dashboards, executive briefings,performance reports and data visualizations
• Project management or comparable professional certification

Responsible for documenting proposed processes, defining performance metrics and identifying and resolving process gaps.

• Build out and maintain project-management functionality within
  
  TeamDynamix (TDX).
• Develop or update existing procedural guidelines.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and environment scans.
• Assess business processes and service delivery.
• Complete other projects to support the mission of TXSTGlobal.
