Fraud SME Manager

This role sits within the Protect Integration Change team, part of the wider integration programme, and will provide dedicated subject matter expertise to ensure economic crime and fraud considerations are embedded across programme design and delivery.

The role will act as the Fraud Operations Subject Matter Expert across a broad range of integration programme deliverables, providing authoritative insight into both current-state and future-state operating environments. Working closely with product, technology, transformation and operational teams, the role will support product development, assess operational impacts and ensure business readiness for the safe and effective implementation of integrated solutions.

This is a 18-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity.
