You will also manage several recurring business operations processes, including budget coordination, contractor operations, organizational reporting, meeting cadences, and other cross-functional activities. This position offers flexibility, allowing for on-site, hybrid, or remote work in the United States or Canada, with up to 20% travel to Autodesk office locations and Autodesk-sponsored events.

  • Establish practical tracking and reporting mechanisms for new programs or activities where needed
  • Maintain action and decision logs and ensure agreed-upon next steps are captured and followed through
  • Support program owners with planning, coordination, documentation, and reporting
Cross-Functional Operations:

  • Support hiring and workforce tracking by maintaining current information and coordinating required inputs with relevant partners
