Aria’s operations layer is where the whole business comes together — the lead marketplace, the back office, the producer team, the finance side. As our first dedicated Operations Analyst, you’ll have an unusual amount of leverage to clean it all up.

This role is for someone who looks at a messy process and feels excitement, not dread. You’ll work directly with the founding team.

• Build the reporting layer for the business — production, persistency, retention, lead economics.
• Spot the leaks. Where are leads getting wasted? Where is time getting wasted? Where is money getting wasted?
• Ship the fixes. Sometimes that’s a Notion doc. Sometimes it’s an automation. Sometimes it’s a meeting that didn’t exist before.
• Partner with finance, the producer team, and the product team on the metrics that actually matter.
• Help us scale operations without scaling headcount — the goal is leverage, not layers.

• 3+ years in business operations, Rev Ops, finance, or analytics at a serious company.
• Real comfort with data. SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools — whatever lets you find the answer fastest.
• Operator mindset. You’d rather ship a usable dashboard than write a 12-page memo about what one would look like.
• Strong written communication. Most of your output will be docs, dashboards, and decisions.
• Self-led. You’ll set your own priorities and defend them with data.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or another commission-driven business.
• Experience building reporting from scratch in a young company.
