Role Description The Crypto Account Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients and partners in the cryptocurrency and digital assets space. This role oversees client accounts, monitors crypto portfolios, and coordinates transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. The Crypto Account Manager communicates regularly with clients to understand their goals, provide updates, and offer guidance on products and services aligned with the organization’s values on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and risk research, preparing reports and dashboards, resolving account issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and client experience. The role also supports educational outreach and DEI-focused initiatives within the crypto community, helping ensure inclusive access to financial and digital asset opportunities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in crypto asset management, account management, and client relationship building.
• Candidates should possess skills in financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment related to digital assets.
• Candidates should possess skills in communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement across diverse communities.
• Candidates should possess skills in CRM tools, data reporting, and basic analytics for tracking account performance.

Compensation and conditions

• 25 days paid time off, local holidays, sick leave, and paid parental leave.
• Annual cash bonus up to 15–30% of base, tied to retention, expansion, and goals written at the start of the cycle.
