Principal Relationship Manager - Global Acceptance (Remote-Eligible)

• Strategic Growth & Client Leadership:
  Establish and deepen executive relationships. Drive high-level strategy with clients to maximize acceptance while identifying new internal and external business opportunities.
• Product:
  Ensure the implementation of integral network products and services, and additional value-added products, where applicable, to enable ubiquitous downstream acceptance
• Operational Excellence:
  Implement operational initiatives, ensure compliance with network change release processes and business practices, and verify that partners include all appropriate company products in their offerings.
• Marketing:
  Execute joint marketing initiatives to improve enabler and merchant awareness and increase transactions.
• Data Analysis:
  Leverage a strong business acumen to perform data analysis on enabler performance, industry trends, and transaction metrics. Translate complex data into compelling client presentations and actionable strategic roadmaps.
• Risk & Leadership:
  Manage and escort risk or customer-impacting issues to management, providing ongoing coaching and guidance to team members.
• Client Facing:
  This will require travel up to 25% domestically and globally for client & team meetings

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, business development, strategy, operations or project management within financial services

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Finance
• 6+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, business development, strategy, operations or project management within financial services
• 3+ years of data analysis experience and experience creating client-facing presentations Payments industry experience

Remote (Regardless of Location): $138,100 - $157,700 for Principal Relationship Management Riverwoods, IL: $138,100 - $157,700 for Principal Relationship Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
