Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity.

Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you'll do

The Technical Program Management Intern - B21 will help drive one or more high-impact B21 technology programs or work streams, working closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders. They will support scoping, definition of done, delivery planning, dependency mapping, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, and clear status reporting for initiatives that contribute directly to the B21 roadmap and business outcomes. Because a full program or workstream may extend beyond a 12-week internship, the intern will own well-defined slices of these efforts, with flexibility in scope to ensure a meaningful, achievable outcome.

This is an internship role for 3 months of duration. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Technical Program Manager - B21.

Responsibility

  • Support planning for one or more B21 technology programs or work streams, including scope definition, milestones, and success criteria
  • Build and maintain dependency maps and risk/issue logs for assigned work streams
  • Own regular status reporting, helping distill complex progress and risks into clear, concise updates for leadership and partners
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on priorities, timelines, and trade-offs
  • Help organize and facilitate key ceremonies or touchpoints (e.g., planning sessions, syncs, reviews) and capture decisions and action items
  • Maintain program documentation and dashboards so the team has an accurate, up-to-date view of progress
  • Partner with the mentor and B21 TPM team to continuously improve program management practices and learn best-in-class TPM skills
Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.
