About the Role Our client, a prominent logistics provider with a global footprint, is seeking a dedicated Remote Warehouse Process Improvement Specialist to join their operations team. • Analyze current warehouse workflows, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement using data and observation.
• Design, develop, and implement new processes and procedures to optimize warehouse operations, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and safety.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles to streamline operations, eliminate waste, and improve quality.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for new and improved processes.
• Collaborate with on-site warehouse management teams and staff to understand operational challenges and facilitate the implementation of improvements.
• Measure and track the impact of implemented changes using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct regular reviews of warehouse performance data to identify ongoing improvement opportunities.
• Research and recommend new technologies or automation solutions that can enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Facilitate remote workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Document process changes, best practices, and lessons learned.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, operations analysis, or a similar role, with a strong focus on warehousing or logistics.
