Management Consultant - Enterprise

Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is looking for an experienced Management Consultant specializing in Enterprise Performance to join their practice in East London, Eastern Cape
. This role is focused on helping clients improve their overall business performance by optimizing strategy, operations, and organizational effectiveness. You will work with diverse organizations to identify key performance drivers, implement improvement initiatives, and ensure sustainable results. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of performance management frameworks, and the ability to collaborate effectively with client teams to drive change.

• Assess client's current performance levels and identify areas for improvement across the enterprise.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Design and deploy performance management systems and KPIs to track progress and ensure accountability.
• Conduct data analysis, process reviews, and organizational diagnostics to inform recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams on performance improvement techniques.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful implementation of solutions.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders at various levels.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the firm.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, performance improvement, or a related analytical role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing performance management frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in driving change initiatives and working with diverse organizational cultures.
• Familiarity with industries in the East London, Eastern Cape region is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing client site visits with remote work.
