Senior Product Manager - SaaS Platforms

Our client, a fast-growing enterprise software company, is looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to define and drive the strategy for their core SaaS platforms. This is a fully remote position where you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conception and roadmap development to launch and ongoing iteration. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.

• Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core SaaS platforms.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Prioritize the product backlog and manage sprints in an Agile development environment.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and sales teams.
• Define and track key product metrics to measure success and inform future development.
• Serve as a product evangelist, communicating the product vision and value proposition internally and externally.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on product progress.
• Identify and evaluate potential product integrations and partnerships.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products throughout their lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud technologies, and digital product development.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong user empathy and ability to translate customer needs into product features.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with data analysis and defining key product metrics.
