The Walmart Fulfillment Services Business Operations team enhances seller and fulfillment center experiences by transforming data and operational insights into actionable solutions. Collaborating across the fulfillment network, the team identifies performance trends, addresses root causes, and develops scalable improvements to inbound quality and execution. Positioned at the intersection of operations, analytics, product, and process improvement, the team partners with multiple functions to simplify processes, boost performance, and prevent recurring issues.

Combining analytical rigor with practical problem-solving, the team drives network efficiency and elevates the experience for sellers using Walmart’s fulfillment services. What you'll do:

Lead business operations for eCommerce by analyzing market data and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.

Develop and present clear, data-driven reports and recommendations to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Manage project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement continuous improvement processes.
