Senior Digital Banking Product Manager

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital banking products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and requirements.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories for engineering teams.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, marketing, operations, and compliance teams.
• Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and inform product decisions.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes impacting digital banking.
• Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the product development process.

• Master's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on digital products, preferably within the banking and finance industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products (mobile apps, online platforms).
• Deep understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and customer journey mapping.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements for digital banking.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives in a remote environment.
