SAP HCM - Payroll Consultant; A1158

We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM Consultant specializing in Payroll (PY) to support the configuration and optimization of payroll processes across selected countries, with a primary focus on Germany. This is a senior-level to architectural role with a capacity of 0.5-1.0 FTE, offering the opportunity to work on complex SAP HCM Payroll processes.

You will be responsible for configuring and adjusting payroll calculations, working with retroactive accounting, off-cycle payments, and tax and social insurance rules. You will also ensure the proper integration of Payroll processes with FI and verify the results of payroll processing.

• Configure and adjust SAP HCM Payroll for selected countries
• Create and modify Schemas and PCRs for payroll calculations
• Configure wage types and Payroll Control Record
• Configure tax and social insurance rules, especially for Germany
• Process retroactive calculations and off-cycle payments
• Post Payroll results to Financial Accounting (FI)
• Work with results in the Payroll Cluster (CU/R2)
• Handle year-end closing, reconciliation, and verification of payroll results and payslips

• Senior-level experience with SAP HCM Payroll (PY)
• Advanced knowledge of Schemas and PCRs configuration
• Experience with configuring wage types and Payroll Control Record
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, including taxation, social insurance, and retroactive calculations
• Experience with Payroll and FI integration
• Knowledge of German payroll
• Ability to operate at a senior to architectural level
