Remote Principal Consultant in Business Operations

ISG is currently seeking a remote Principal Consultant in Business Operations to enhance client strategies and operational frameworks. This role is primarily focused on business process improvements within Toronto's vibrant market.

You will lead large complex projects while ensuring client satisfaction through effective strategy and operational delivery. Key responsibilities will include project status reporting, client engagement, and identifying new business opportunities. Expect to leverage your expertise in financial modeling and project management to drive significant results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex client engagements and project goals

• Develop financial models and oversee contract evaluations

Requirements:

• 5 to 15 years in relevant operational or consulting roles
