Lead Consultant - Business Transformation & Digital Strategy

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business transformation and digital strategies.
• Assess current business capabilities, market positioning, and technological readiness to identify transformation opportunities.
• Design future-state operating models, leveraging digital solutions, automation, and data analytics.
• Develop detailed roadmaps for digital transformation, including implementation plans, change management, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate executive-level workshops and strategy sessions to align stakeholders and drive decision-making.
• Manage client engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes, on time and within budget.
• Mentor and develop junior consulting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior client executives.

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in management consulting, focusing on digital strategy, business transformation, or technology consulting.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, large-scale business transformation projects from inception to completion.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies (AI, Cloud, Big Data, IoT) and their strategic application.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Superior communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate consulting teams in a remote environment.
• Experience across multiple industries and a strong grasp of current business trends.
