E-commerce Operations Specialist - Remote

• Manage customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and returns, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and discrepancies in the e-commerce workflow.
• Analyze key operational metrics (e.g., order accuracy, delivery times, return rates) and implement improvements.
• Assist in the selection and management of third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Stay abreast of e-commerce trends and best practices to continuously enhance operations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and order management systems (OMS).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
