Senior Business Analyst

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and gain consensus.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and project teams.
• Support the development and testing phases by clarifying requirements and validating solutions.
• Assist in change management activities and user training.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including use cases, business process models, and requirements traceability matrices.
• Contribute to project planning and risk assessment activities.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis and process improvement.

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies (e.g., BABOK).
• Experience in creating detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Relevant degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
