• Master's degree or PhD in Business Administration, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in management consulting, with a significant focus on business process re-engineering and operational strategy.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, complex transformation projects in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Superior virtual communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with process modeling software (e.g., Visio, ARIS) and data analytics platforms.
• A strong understanding of digital transformation technologies and their application in process improvement.
