• Generate and analyze operational reports on order volume, fulfillment times, and inventory status.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks or issues affecting the online customer experience.
• Support the implementation of new e-commerce initiatives and system updates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or a related administrative role.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and order management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
