Regional Sales Manager

We're searching for a storyteller and strategist to lead campaigns as our next Regional Sales Manager based in Orange. What makes this Pay Pal role different is the ownership; the $137,000 - $194,000 and internship hours are just the entry fee.

• Position Pay Pal against competitors with clear, differentiated value props
• Pitch Pay Pal's mission-driven offering to buyers who haven't heard of us yet
• Run discovery calls that uncover budget without asking for it
• Translate Gong dashboards into stories the sales floor actually uses
• Run point on trade shows and pop-ups throughout CA

• A collaborator who makes the manager review feel less like an exam
• Comfort owning the unglamorous middle of an internship project
• Strong working knowledge of MEDDPICC and Challenger Sale
• A team player who lifts up colleagues and shares credit
• A knack for MEDDPICC that colleagues quietly come to rely on
• The instinct to ask "what would change your mind?" before debating

The whole point of Pay Pal is to make Communication dependable, and that client-centric mission has anchored it in Orange from day one. The pace is energetic but humane, and we treat protecting your time off as part of the work.

Expect $137,000 - $194,000, yes, but also expect the kind of benefits and remote flexibility that make Mondays in Orange feel lighter.

Confirmed active this hour for the Orange, CA crew, no waiting list.
