Inventory Manager

Numbers tell a story, and at Carlyle Group we need an Inventory Manager fluent enough in Analytical Thinking to read it out loud for the whole room. The reward structure favors doers: $76,000 - $116,000 upfront, real business ownership, and a Carlyle Group team pulling the same direction.

• Pull apart a stalled deal and rebuild the path to yes
• Pull the OK field team's reality into the planning room
• Catch the autonomy-rich risk in a contract before legal even opens it
• Hold the line on scope when a business project starts sprawling
• Stand up the operating cadence that keeps Norman, OK teams rowing the same direction
• Run weekly numbers reviews that end with decisions, not more meetings
• Draft the business case that gets a ruthlessly-focused initiative funded past committee
• Flag the assumption in the plan that everything else quietly rests on

• Familiarity with Carlyle Group-scale workflows, or the appetite to reach them
• The patience to mentor without taking over the keyboard
• The discipline to finish the boring 20% that makes the rest matter
• Comfort interpreting data and translating findings into clear recommendations

Every product at Carlyle Group reflects the transparent standards our Norman, OK team holds itself to. We keep ego out of code review and let the Demand Forecasting argument win on its merits.

Your package includes $76,000 - $116,000, premium healthcare, and a generous home-office allowance for our distributed team.
