Senior Operations Manager

We've reserved a Senior Operations Manager chair at Venture Lab for the rare general pro who finds Decision Making fun rather than just familiar. The Senior Operations Manager role rewards range — Prioritization, Communication, 7 years — with $76,000 - $120,000 and a seat that grows beyond it.

• Turn a vague contract mandate into work Venture Lab can measure
• Read the room and adjust how you pitch Communication to each audience
• Keep Venture Lab leadership honest with numbers they can act on
• Juggle steady-handed priorities without dropping the ones that matter
• Partner with peers to troubleshoot issues and share practical knowledge
• Hand off Prioritization work clean enough that nobody has to ask twice
• Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment

• A communication style that translates jargon back into plain English
• Proven follow-through, measured in shipped things rather than good intentions
• A growth mindset and openness to constructive feedback
• The reflex to surface risk before it surfaces itself
• A communicator who can disagree without making it personal

Recognized for our deadline-driven work in general, Venture Lab continues to grow its presence across NE. Ownership runs deep here: you'll own outcomes, not just tasks, from your first week as a Senior Operations Manager.

Count on $76,000 - $120,000, remote-first flexibility, parental leave, and a stipend for the tools and courses you need.
