Technical Product Manager

As a Technical Product Manager, you'll dig into the numbers, surface what matters, and recommend where Spotify should focus next. This full-time Technical Product Manager role offers a $94,000 - $140,000 salary, real ownership over your work, and a clear path to grow alongside a team that ships.

• Push a business pilot past the part where most pilots die
• Shape the 7-year strategy without turning it into a slide museum
• Tighten the reporting loop until bad news travels in hours, not weeks
• Walk a full-time client through renewal terms that keep both sides whole
• Pull the UT field team's reality into the planning room

• The kind of reliability that earns you the hard assignments
• Willingness to relocate to Orem, UT, or to make remote work
• Demonstrated capacity to mentor or support manager teammates
• A knack for Prioritization that colleagues quietly come to rely on
• 6 years of Confluence práctica, plus a hunger for what's next
• Demonstrated knack for making the client-focused feel manageable

Spotify grew up alongside its customers, scaling from a single Orem room into the business partner much of UT now trusts. Here, ownership means you're empowered to fix what's broken without waiting for permission.

We seal the offer with $94,000 - $140,000, mentorship, benefits, and flexibility, the four reasons UT talent picks Spotify first.
