Senior Product Manager

Target needs a Senior Product Manager who can sit with ambiguity long enough to make it small, then make it actionable. Match 7 years and Product Discovery to this Ogden job and you unlock $86,000 - $141,000, a freelance schedule, and steady upward room.

• Author the playbook so the next Senior Product Manager doesn't start from a blank page
• Connect daily SAFe operations to the strategy on the wall
• Hold the line on scope when a business project starts sprawling
• Read a Kanban dashboard and know which line is lying to you
• Collaborate with CSPO Certification and Attention Management stakeholders to remove operational bottlenecks
• Run weekly numbers reviews that end with decisions, not more meetings
• Keep Target from optimizing a number that doesn't pay rent

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, relentlessly-kind environment
• Comfort being accountable for a remote-friendly outcome in a freelance role
• Flexibility to adapt your approach as business needs evolve
• A solid foundation in Attention Management, refined over 7+ years
• A portfolio that speaks louder than any line on your resume

You won't find Target on every billboard, but inside business circles across UT, this hardworking team is well known. We give people autonomy early and trust them to ask for support when they need it.

From the $86,000 - $141,000 starting line, expect coaching that grows your CSPO Certification and benefits that quietly cover the rest of life.

This role is being actively staffed, with offers expected before the quarter closes.
