The Technology Operations team manages and executes complex programs aligned with strategic goals. With expertise in program monitoring, business operations, and technology strategies, they promote accountability and continuous improvement.

The team values clear communication, sound decision-making, and disciplined program and financial management to support organizational objectives effectively. What you'll do:

Define program goals, deliverables, and schedules for multiple technology projects aligned with strategic objectives.

Assess resource requirements and identify risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.

Monitor project progress against milestones, leading cross-functional meetings to address issues and maintain program health.

Manage budgeting and financial tracking, ensuring expenditures align with forecasts through effective governance.

Communicate clearly with stakeholders, presenting data-driven recommendations and fostering consensus.

Oversee technology-related process updates and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide leadership and development opportunities to team members, promoting accountability and performance excellence.

What you'll bring:

Proven expertise in program management, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology projects.

Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Effective stakeholder communication abilities, capable of building consensus and influencing through clear, data-driven presentations.

Solid understanding of organizational strategy and business operations, including KPIs and profitability drivers.

Knowledge of technology landscapes, trends, and methodologies relevant to program delivery.

Demonstrated leadership in team development, mentoring, and fostering accountability to achieve results.
