- Lead end-to-end development of a measurement and reporting platform for retail media.
- Work closely with engineering, data partners, and customer success to turn complex requirements into product capabilities.
- Integrate retailer data sources and build scalable data architecture.
- Establish data reliability standards and own reporting infrastructure.
- Develop reusable dashboards and improve self-service analytics.
- 3–6 years of product management experience with data-intensive products.
- Experience in retail media, AdTech, or Mar Tech.
- Strong technical data fluency and external partner coordination skills.
- Remote-first work environment with flexible work philosophy.
- Home office support and annual company retreats.
- Competitive compensation range of CA $140,000–CA $170,000.
