- Own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for 45 high-value accounts.
- Track critical dates, initiate early discussions, and negotiate terms.
- Partner with legal, finance, and leadership to finalize amendments.
- Serve as primary advisor, championing client needs internally.
- Conduct QBRs to evaluate service adoption and ROI.
- Educate clients on full service suite to maximize value.
- Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities based on client goals.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to design tailored proposals.
- Monitor account health to proactively address risks and turn churn into growth.
