50th Parallel PR seeks a Business Operations Manager to support client projects, reporting, and business processes. The hands-on role includes project coordination, financial oversight, people administration, and operational systems. Success requires organizational strength, financial awareness, and clear written and verbal communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate client onboarding, contracts, invoices, and kickoff meetings
- Monitor project budgets, hours, deliverables, and timelines
- Prepare financial, operational, weekly, and monthly reports
- Manage time tracking, purchasing, payments, and staff onboarding
- Maintain systems, databases, calendars, and operating procedures
- At least three years of business operations management experience
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Financial awareness of project budgets, hours, and deliverables
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during Pacific Time business hours
