• Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing business processes across various functions and industries.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement using process mapping, data analysis, and diagnostic tools.
• Design and develop optimized business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational requirements.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.
• Develop detailed implementation plans for process improvements and manage their execution.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes, providing ongoing support and recommendations.
• Create compelling reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
• Actively participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to the firm's knowledge base.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business process analysis, re-engineering, or operational consulting.
• Proven track record of successfully optimizing business processes and delivering quantifiable results.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Superior virtual communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS) and data analysis software.
